Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. With operations in 19 countries and a strong footprint in Asia Pacific, they continue to grow, delivering sustainable value to our stakeholders through operational excellence, high performance standards and good corporate governance.

**The Role**
They are currently recruiting for 2 x Car Sales Cadets to join their experienced team to focus on both new and used cars. Duties include:

- The day to day running of the dealership, including parts, service and admin departments
- Distributor/manufacturer sales training, including new vehicle launches
- Learning the Road to a Sale
- Negotiating with the customer
- **Location: Parramatta, Church St**:

- **Hours: 10 day fortnight (must work Saturdays and Sundays)**:

- **Salary: $45,000 + Superannuation + Company Car/Car Allowance + Commission (consultants are making up to $150k annually)**

**You**
As a Car Sales Cadet, you will offer:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build strong rapport with a variety of clientele

- Experience in a sales environment or premium retail will be highly regarded
