**Used Car Sales Consultant / Yard Hand at CarBay**

**The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Used Car Sales Consultant / Yard Hand** to join our team. This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for both sales and general yard duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales
- Prepare and display vehicles for sale, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Assist with test drives and vehicle inspections
- Keep the yard organized and ensure all vehicles are properly labelled
- Manage stock, including photographing vehicles for online listings
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
- Support the team with other general yard duties as required

**About You**:
Previous experience in sales (preferably automotive) is a plus but not essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A passion for cars and a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
A current driver's license (manual preferred)
Physically fit and able to handle yard work, including moving vehicles

Pay: $26.04 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
