Job Opportunity: CPAP Consultant (6-Month Maternity Leave Cover)
Part-Time or Full-Time Position Available

Location: Nepean Lung and Sleep, Kingswood NSW
Contract Duration: 6 Months Maternity Leave Cover
Start Date: February/March 2025

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dedicated CPAP Consultant to join our team on a temporary 6-month maternity leave cover. This role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to choose between part-time or full-time work depending on your availability. You will play a vital role in assisting patients with sleep apnoea through the effective use of CPAP therapy, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Equipment Fitting & Training: Set up and adjust CPAP machines according to patient needs, and provide comprehensive training on how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot the devices.
- Ongoing Support: Offer continuous follow-up and support to patients, ensuring that they are achieving optimal results with their CPAP treatment. Address any concerns or challenges they may face during therapy.
- Education & Guidance: Demonstrate proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment to maximise the life and effectiveness of the machine
- Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work closely with physicians to develop and refine treatment plans based on the patient's progress and feedback.
- Troubleshooting & Adjustments: Respond to patient inquiries about CPAP machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to improve comfort and compliance.
- Stock Ordering & Inventory Management: Manage the ordering, receipt, and stocking of CPAP equipment and accessories, ensuring that inventory levels meet patient needs.

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $24.87 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
