We also work closely with some smaller boutique builders & renovation companies completing kitchen bathroom and joinery projects.

**About the role**:

- Supervisions of Production Team.
- Work plan executed on a day-to-day basis with Section Leaders.
- Oversee works to ensure daily production targets assigned by Management are met.
- Ensure Recuts, both Factory and Site, are completed in an acceptable timeframe.
- A keen focus on team performance to ensure all sections of the factory are working cohesively.
- Hands on assembly and works as required to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Quality Control.
- Progress Reporting.
- Ensure Company Values are consistently displayed throughout the team.

**About You**:

- Qualified Cabinet Maker or equivalent experience.
- Initiative and Drive.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Willingness to learn and expand skill set.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Keen eye for quality and detail.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is beneficial.
- Forklift License preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive mindset and attitude.
