Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are currently recruiting care staff fo**r Eastern Suburbs
- Bondi Junction, Rose Bay, Watson Bay, Camperdown, Erskineville, Kensington, Moorebank, Redfern, Bronte, Tamarama, Eastgardens, Botany, Mascot, Kingsford, Randwick, Chifley, Little Bay** and surrounding areas.

**What's On Offer**
- **Permanent Part-time** or **Casual **contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
- Earn from **$28.01 to $31.38 per hour plus super **based on your experience
- **Travel Allowance **of $0.92 per KM PLUS **paid travel time**:

- **Become Cert III qualified** in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees)

**Your New Role**
- **Help at Home**: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
- **Transportation and Personal Care**:Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
- **Client Awareness**: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- **Safety Practices**: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

**Key Requirements**
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory

- Community Services/ Mental Health worker
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing

**You could be an experienced Support Worker or even new to the industry coming from experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.**
