We are seeking a high-performing Learning Design Manager (LMS) to join our team and help ensure inclusive, engaging experiences within every university we partner with.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences across workshops, webinars, and training sessions for teacher usersLead the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects from scoping to post-implementation supportDesign scaffolded assessments to support outstanding learning experiences for studentsServe as the primary point of contact for university partners regarding LMS projects, fostering strong relationshipsOversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training materials for university administrators, educators, and students on LMS usageEnsure the LMS platform and all integrated content meet accessibility standards and usability requirements for all usersQualificationsLMS Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and their higher education functionalitiesEducational Design: Experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars with pedagogical groundingRelationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful connections in one-on-one and group settings, in-person and onlineSupport: Detail-oriented and capable of providing exceptional user supportProject Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, independently and collaborativelyEducation: Bachelor's degree from a leading universityExperience: Experience in higher education or EdTech; 3+ years of LMS management experienceBenefitsFlexible working culture with options to work from Melbourne HQ or remotelyLearning allowances to support educational opportunities for employeesDiverse and inclusive workplace with no barriers to successHiring ProcessPlease apply online with your resume.
