Overview

Cadmus is a global EdTech company focused on higher education, building a platform to provide high-quality learning and assessment. We are seeking a high-performing Learning Design Manager (LMS) to join our team and help ensure inclusive, engaging experiences within every university we partner with.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences across workshops, webinars, and training sessions for teacher users
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects from scoping to post-implementation support
  • Design scaffolded assessments to support outstanding learning experiences for students
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for university partners regarding LMS projects, fostering strong relationships
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training materials for university administrators, educators, and students on LMS usage
  • Ensure the LMS platform and all integrated content meet accessibility standards and usability requirements for all users
Qualifications
  • LMS Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and their higher education functionalities
  • Educational Design: Experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars with pedagogical grounding
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful connections in one-on-one and group settings, in-person and online
  • Support: Detail-oriented and capable of providing exceptional user support
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, independently and collaboratively
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a leading university
  • Experience: Experience in higher education or EdTech; 3+ years of LMS management experience
