About the Role
- Permanent, Full Time
You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the local clinic and campus. This a face-to-face role which incorporates client management, reception/banking duties, campus-based event coordination and delivery, student/staff training and inductions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging clinical and campus environment to support the student and staff experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Clinic Reception and Front Desk Support
- Student training and support on systems, responsibilities and compliance
- Support campus tours and deliver campus events
- Support Clinic & Operations Manager in administrative and operational tasks
- Liaise with external contractors
- Provide support to staff and students (security, IT, access, facilities)
About You
- Relevant experience in customer-focused/administration roles
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
- Tech-savvy and strong ability to learn new systems
- Adaptable and flexible to dynamic and fast paced student clinical environment
- Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
