They are known for their innovation, field capability and strong engineering culture.Job DescriptionOversee engineering delivery across assigned telecommunications infrastructure projects Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering resources and internal/external stakeholders Manage engineering schedule, risks, priorities and deliverables Represent engineering in project meetings with clients and PMs Lead design reviews and Safety in Design processes Prepare and review scopes for subcontractors and suppliers Support on-site activities including installation and commissioning Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives The Successful ApplicantA Successful Senior Project Engineer Should HaveBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related) 8+ years' experience in engineering delivery within EPC or related environments Background in telecommunications, mining, oil & gas or defence sectors Skilled in engineering project controls, change management, and stakeholder engagement Proven ability to interpret technical scopes and deliver to schedule Strong knowledge of design, commissioning, and construction processes Confident managing subcontractors and technical queries Chartered or eligible for MIEAust/CPEng (highly regarded) What's on OfferA competitive salary package ranging from AUD 165,000 to AUD 190,000, plus super.
