**B.O.M. Carpentry**is a construction company in Sydney. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, safety, and the professional growth of our team members. We are currently seeking motivated and eager 1st to 3rd-year apprentice carpenters to join our dynamic team.

As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will work closely with experienced carpenters and site supervisors to develop your skills and gain practical experience in various aspects of carpentry. This position offers a hands-on learning opportunity, where you will contribute to various construction projects while advancing through the stages of your apprenticeship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cutting tasks on-site, including measuring, marking, and cutting wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Assist in framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Assemble and fasten materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of carpentry tools and techniques.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Safety-conscious with a commitment to following workplace safety protocols.
