You, like many of our completed trainees, could transition into successful and stable roles like Venue Manager, Functions Coordinator or Guest Services Supervisor. Gain industry experience and the

skills to juggle any situation to kickstart your career.

**Duties Include**:

- Table service including taking orders and providing menu suggestions
- Bar service
- Assist with the running and set-up/pack-up of functions
- Gaming (refilling machines, record of winnings)
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers
- Operate industry specific software
- Reception and housekeeping duties (where required)

**About You**:

- Ability to build rapport with all groups of people
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Thrives working under pressure
- Showcases a proactive attitude and takes initiative
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
