**Canterbury League Club is seeking motivated Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team on a casual basis.**

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment with ongoing training and development to extend your knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our members and guests
- Processing orders and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service
- Assisting patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information
- Maintaining the general cleanliness and presentation of all Gaming service areas including smoking areas

**About you**

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused **Gaming** Attendants** to join our talented and friendly team and ensure an exceptional level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

**To be successful in this role you need to possess the following**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (highly desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Ability to solve problems and multitask
- Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24-hour, 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
