To be successful for this role,
**your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set**:

- Extensive experience within a multi-cloud financial management environment as a Lead FinOps Engineer / Analyst / Consultant / Architect or Technical Manager;
- Experience in financial analysis, costing and optimisation of various cloud service providers to the business;
- Demonstrated commercial experience in cloud utilisation efficiency, cloud adoption, cloud optimization and maturation and cloud cost optimisation;
- Demonstrated technical understanding of multi-cloud environments and ability to collaborate with both finance and business stakeholders on Cloud adoption and optimisation;
- Detailed financial numeracy and finance understanding to estimate the cost, understand the best price and manage spending on cloud technology by the business;
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills;
Desirable but not essential:

- Detailed financial / accounting analysis background in addition to cloud understanding;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure as well as AWS Cloud;
- Experience within NSW government sector;
- Experience within education sector;
You will be joining a large end-user organisation that is one of the biggest employers within southern hemisphere within senior FinOps capacity.

This is a key position that works with cloud technical teams, finance teams as well as the wider business.

In this position, you are involved in end to end financial and commercial analysis of multi-cloud technology and service providers. You will work with different business units to assist with best practice cloud technology adoption, cloud execution, cloud optimisation, cloud efficiency and management of spending on cloud.

The essential skills is having a thorough background within financial & commercial analysis coupled with detailed technical understanding of complex, multi-cloud environments within a senior FinOps capacity.

Having strong and polished communications and stakeholder management is also essential to success of this position.
