Establish Standing Offer Arrangements (SOA) including negotiating terms,conditions and commercials with multiple suppliers, drafting Invitation to Offer documentation, SOAs, evaluating tenders, preparing contracts for execution. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation such as Buyer's Guides, Fact sheets, and other contract artefacts. Prepare reports on supplier and contract performance and benefits. Undertake work practices in line with the requirements of the One Government Contract Management Framework. Participate in whole-of-government ICT category management activities,including procurement, supplier and contract management operational processes. Facilitate effective communications and foster relationships with and between internal (other Government Agencies) and external stakeholders. Respond to enquiries and provide a high level of customer support through management of a range of communications channels. The ability to undertake analysis of the ICT market to support the drafting of Invitation to Offer documentation.
