As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a driven and detail-focused Warehouse & Production Parts / After-Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Ormeau.About the RoleThis is a shared role, split approximately 70% warehouse coordination and 30% after-sales administration.
You'll play a vital part in making sure our production lines run smoothly by managing parts and supporting the after-sales process, including vehicle registration and compliance documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Parts Coordination
Receive, check, and book in all incoming parts using our inventory management systemEnsure parts are matched accurately with purchase ordersAllocate and book out parts to production buildsLiaise with the production team to meet build schedule needsOperate a forklift to unload, store, and organise partsMaintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support stocktake activitiesAssist with identifying and managing obsolete or slow-moving stockSupport after-sales team with truck delivery documentationPrepare and coordinate vehicle registration and compliance paperworkLiaise with government authorities and external stakeholders for smooth post-sale deliveryMaintain accurate records of compliance and after-sales documentationGeneral Duties
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organisedAssist management with ad hoc tasks and operational supportWhat You'll Need to SucceedPrevious experience in warehousing, production support, or parts coordinationValid forklift license and proven forklift operating experienceExperience with inventory systems such as Unleashed, SAP, or ProntoStrong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entryBasic mechanical knowledge or understanding of truck builds (advantageous)Effective communication and teamwork skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesUnlock job insightsSalary matchNumber of applicantsSkills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
