**What will you do?**:

- Prepare sandwiches, wraps and salads to a high standard of quality, presentation and hygiene
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwich preparation
- Follow portion control and food safety guidelines
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Perform temperature checks and manage cross-contamination to meet WHS and Food Safety standards
- Support kitchen team members to maintain an efficient, well-organised kitchen
- Take ownership of cleaning duties, including floors, dishes, equipment, and waste management—safely using commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals

**More about you**:

- Previous experience in a sandwich hand or kitchenhand role is preferred
- Food Safety Certificate
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, with the majority of shifts starting early in the morning
