Our client is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate a team of skilled professionals to execute new business wins and prepare for the full construction phase. This is a critical role that will involve overseeing all pre-construction elements of major development projects.

**_Duties will include_**
- Working closely with the design team - project design and reviews
- Project Feasibility
- Liaison with external consultants authorities, and cost teams
- Project management planning
- Risk management
- OH/S reporting
- Cost planning and financial reporting
- Tender evaluation
- Project reporting
- Overall management of the team

**To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following skills, qualifications, and experience**:

- Related Industry qualification within the Property and Construction industry (Construction Management or Engineering equivalent)
- Proven experience in the end-to-end construction, and property sectors, ideally in a similar role over 3-5 years.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, demonstrate quality and outcome focus
- Well-organised with the ability to work across and deliver on multiple deadlines and priorities
- A strong understanding of the Australian construction industry, working through complex design and engineering solutions.
- Good presentation and professionalism with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives
- You will be a forward thinker and planner, who assesses your performance.
