The position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a starting salary of over $100,000 per annum. Applicants will be required to attend various sites throughout metropolitan Melbourne, and the Mornington Peninsula, and will be expected to work a total of 40 hours per week.

Your duties will include:

- Application of plasters/stucco, cement, render and microcement/micro-screed
- Implementing a broad range of decorative finishes, including textured and custom finishes
- Application, burnishing, waxing, and sealing of venetian plaster
- Application of sand and cement and hard plaster, working on heritage buildings
- Ensuring adherence to appropriate OHS protocols and maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
- Collaborate productively with respect to new and innovative custom plaster finishes
- A minimum of four (4) years work experience within the plastering trade
- A driver's license and access to an automobile
- Proficiency in a broad range of decorative Venetian plaster finishes, such as Intonachino, Marmorino and Grasello.
