The Executive Assistant to the C-Suite is a vital role that serves four talented executives, CEO Rowan Melrose, COO Matt Enbom, Manufacturing Manager Shane Wilson and CFO Carl Bowdler, each with demanding positions, busy schedules and quite different operating styles.

The situation requires a switched-on person who has great capacity, poise, energy, a commercial mind and is the consummate organiser.

You could be a seasoned professional or an emerging assistant on the way up. Either way, you have anticipation, quick reflexes and a reputation for reliable service and quality executive-level outputs. You have an appetite for challenging work and an appreciation of the pressures of the office and machinations of life as an exec in an ASX.
