Online Fulfilment Support Position

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing online orders received by the Melbourne fulfilment hub;
- Preparing customer orders daily (ie. picking, packing & booking orders daily);
- Communicating with the online staff regarding orders and working closely with the Online and Warehouse team.
- Checking and inspecting stock received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and quality.
- Presenting the product as what has been ordered from the customer. Maintaining a high standard of packing;
- Matching invoices with orders.
- Completing all inventory processes.
- Preparing deliveries for post, couriers etc;
- Receiving, moving, checking, and storing incoming stock.
- Co-ordinating dispatch and delivery with delivery companies where required.
- Manage courier platforms daily through customer orders.
- Keeping all admin up to date and completed in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- A great team player.
- Have a meticulous and efficient work ethic.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail.
- Computer and Excel literate
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 11am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
- Current Driver's License

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
