**The Company**:

**The Role**

As a Business Analyst in KBR's Advisory Team, you will work directly with our Defence and Space clients to make the case for lasting business change. You will be provided with an opportunity to showcase your analytical skills in capturing the current state, and your strategic foresight to plan for the future.

You will work with Defence and Space clients to provide the following:

- Design business cases
- Facilitate workshops and events
- Capture the client's core problems and goals
- Develop/redefine their business model
- Assist with management of stakeholder relationships

Additionally you will play a key role in the Advisory Team by:

- Assisting with business development activities
- Managing and building the Advisory Team
- Developing core competencies and capabilities

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**

**Essential**:

- Experience delivering projects within the Department of Defence
- A strong core consulting skill set embracing structured thinking, analytics and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a keenness to develop leadership skills and experience
- Hold a current AGSVA NV-1 security clearance

**Desirable**:

- Bachelors degree in relevant field (Engineering, Business or Project Management)
- Membership of relevant institute
- Professional certification in Project Management or Business Analytics
- Experience delivering projects within Defence - Capability and Sustainment Group
- Experience working within the space industry
