At 4000sqm, our new Bourke St Flagship is not only the largest of our 100+ stores but set to become a landmark destination for the city, and a total beauty wonderland for all who visit. Bourke St is brimming with over 200 brands, 80 exciting new experiences and beauty services, as well as unique product curations and never-seen-before MECCA destinations. From clinical skin services to a Beauty Atelier, the biggest MECCA Perfumeria, an auditorium for MECCAVersity, an Apothecary, and an entire mezzanine dedicated to gifting, this is MECCA's vision for the future of beauty brought to life.
- Step into the heart of our MECCA Bourke Street as a Concierge, where you'll drive customer loyalty and community engagement by creating exceptional in-store experiences. The Concierge team is responsible for welcoming our customers into to store, creating connections, and championing excellence across all aspects of customer experience.
- Day-to-day responsibilities:_
- As a _Concierge_,_ you will work on _full_-time_ _and _part-time _basis._- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, create authentic connections, handle complex queries, and manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.- Seamlessly connect customers to the wider team across all touchpoints and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Drive customer engagement and loyalty and contribute to store performance by understanding and supporting key KPIs.- Stay updated on local events and trends to enhance the customer journey.
- What _you'll_ bring to the role:_- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple appointments in a high-paced retail or hospitality environment- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, effectively communicating across various touchpoints- Experience handling complex interactions and maintaining composure under pressure, with proficiency in using digital platforms for service bookings and transactions
