**The role of the functional Consultant is maximize the end user value delivered by our collaborative tools. This includes building networks and user communities to help embed the proper usage of tools. Driving adoption of new processes, and to ensure they remain relevant by listening to the voice of customer about user experience and requirements.**
- Be an expert in Clarity (or **similar PPM tools**) and have good knowledge using JIRA
- Familiarity with common project management processes and challenges
- Presentation/facilitation skills and be comfortable delivering SME content to a large audience
- Build peer relationships within the immediate team.
- Experience building and maintaining user communities
- High level stakeholder engagement and management
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to priories workloads and meet deadlines
- Customer focused
