Functional Consultant – SAP Procurement (S/4HANA & Ariba)

About the client:

Our client is a global consultancy delivering innovative SAP solutions across enterprise transformation programs. This role supports procurement process design and implementation using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba technologies.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Procurement to join a dynamic team delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. You'll be responsible for process design, build execution, and client engagement across procurement modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and perform FIT-GAP analysis with business and process architects.
• Design and document business processes and functional specifications.
• Customise SAP Procurement and Ariba solutions, including data structures and flows.
• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) functionalities: requisitions, POs, contracts, RFQs, SES, inventory, and master data.
• Integrate with SCM (EWM, IM) and EAM modules.
• Resolve defects and issues through client-focused problem solving.
• Engage stakeholders and present solution options effectively.
• Support full lifecycle implementations and contribute to team delivery.

Required Experience:

• 12–15+ years of SAP experience with 5–7 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM and Ariba modules.
• Experience in international consulting environments.
• Ability to lead workshops and produce detailed documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and expand SAP network.
• Leadership qualities and client relationship building.

Mandatory Requirements:

• AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
