Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our Research and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, running, and delivering complex R&D projects from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work closely with our team members to identify areas for process improvements, implement new ideas, and optimize existing processes. You will also be responsible for upgrading production stations to run faster, smoother, and better.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, experience in manufacturing and/or CNC machining, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytic abilities and flexibility in thinking.
Experience and knowledge in manufacturing and/or CNC machining.
The ability to work across disciplines to steer projects and implement process improvements.
A self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
