We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our commercial washroom product line of 300+ SKUs as well as our comprehensive range of toilet partitions, lockers, and related systems we manufacture in ourThis role is a unique blend of product management and marketing leadership — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a measurable impact.
You'll lead product strategy, digital marketing, tradeshows, and new product launches, while also overseeing the customer service team and purchasing while partnering with sales and operations to keep our business running strong.________________________________________Our CompanyASI JD MacDonald has been operating in Australia since the 1960s and is a subsidiary of the New York based American Specialties Incorporated group (ASI).
We are one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of Commercial Washroom products and Toilet Partition systems in Australia.________________________________________What You'll Do
• Own the full lifecycle of our imported range of industry leading commercial washroom products as well as our toilet partition and locker systems which are manufactured in-house
• Drive new product introductions, market positioning, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales, operations, customer service, purchasing) to create marketing plans and optimise business performance
• Manage online advertising, SEO, website content, and marketing campaigns
• Lead tradeshows, create sales collateral, and support customer-facing initiatives
• Partner with purchasing (dotted-line oversight) to ensure product availability and vendor efficiency
• Oversee our in-house Customer Service team
• Work closely with sales and customer service, providing product knowledge, tools, and strategies to grow revenue________________________________________What We're Looking For
• A Marketing qualification with 5+ years working in marketing, product management, sales or a related role.
It's a plus if you have a manufacturing/building products background
• Strong marketing expertise across digital, print, and trade events
• Proven ability to manage large product portfolios and bring new products to market
• A background in sales or strong sales acumen is highly valued
