**ABOUT US**

Our client is a global company within the medical vacuum solutions space that is heavily trusted by healthcare professionals around the world. Currently growing out their Australian team, they are looking for someone to join the marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager to provide leadership as well as bring on new ideas and knowledge to continue business growth

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams
- Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
- Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
- Create training materials and training programs for each member of the outside sales team
- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven success in product management and/or marketing management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong illustrated commercial acumen
- Proven experience B2B, B2C and digital marketing/online
- Demonstrated capabilities of growing and/or nurturing a team and providing successful team engagement.
- Knowledge within the ANZ hospital/healthcare and retail markets
