As a valued team member of "**The Mind Cafe**" you have an opportunity to bring your passion for the cafe life, inclusivity and mental health. We are a café that caters for everyone with a focus on wellbeing, mental health and disability inclusion.

You will be a vital part of our 'Companion Program' whilst you study to become a counsellor.

The Mind Café is a community where everyone can come for a delicious beverage and a yummy bite to eat whilst in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We are a place where all people can come together

We currently have an exciting brand-new role available for a **Café All Rounder and Counselling Trainee.**

**Key role outputs include**:

- Café all-rounder to help with the café operations
- Undergo training in Counselling
- Making coffees, doing latte art and creating a positive and personal experience for our customers.
- Exceptional customer service
- Café all-rounder to help with the café operations
- An experienced Barista / café all-rounder
- A coffee lover who lives and breathes great coffee
- Empathetic person who sees a future in counselling
- Social media savvy to assist with our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Kind, empathetic and passionate about mental health and disabilities
- Excellent at communicating with a bubbly, reliable and positive attitude, must also have Australian work rights
- A great listener who engages in conversations intently and has a great awareness of how others may be feeling
- Available and flexible to work 15 - 30+ hours per week and weekends, and able to work breakfast shifts.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
