We are seeking an empathetic and passionate individual who is eager to combine their love of hospitality with a desire to pursue a career in counselling.

As a valued team member, you will have the opportunity to bring your skills and experience to our 'Companion Program', whilst studying to become a qualified counsellor.

The Mind Café is a community where everyone can come for a delicious beverage and a yummy bite to eat in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

We currently have an exciting role available for a Café All Rounder and Counselling Trainee.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Preparing and serving a range of beverages and food items
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Participating in training programs to develop counselling skills
- Contributing to the overall success of our café business

Required skills and qualifications:

- 1 year of barista experience (desired)
- Free pour latte art skills (desired)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
