**VPS 2.2**:$66,063 per annum + 11.5% superannuation**
**Full Time, Fixed Term for 2 years**

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support the Project Management and Exhibition Design team in delivering exhibitions, programs, events, infrastructure, and architectural projects.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
You will be responsible for supporting the financial planning of projects including developing & monitoring budgets, forecasting spreadsheets, undertaking cost analysis and reporting to achieve the highest project performance within budget. Other key responsibilities include:

- Providing assistance on procurement, including purchase requisitions, contract management, asset management and logistics, systems and procedures, as required.
- Providing high quality administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in relation to day-to-day activities including managing diaries, incoming and outgoing correspondence and assisting with the preparation and collation of documents.
- Assisting with on-site tasks involved in the planning and delivery of exhibition and event infrastructure. Supporting the administration of production and construction related tasks and priorities across simultaneous projects.

Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (Spreadsheets) and data input, analysis and reporting or proven experience in financial administration is advantageous.
