About the position:
As a Kitchen Hand, you will be core to delivering on our mission. You will be directly mentored by our head chef who brings over a decade of experience and a unique eye for pushing the boundaries of modern Southeast Asian cuisine. You contribute directly to the development and execution of our food program and have the opportunity to diversify your skillset across the whole spectrum of managing a very successful commercial kitchen.

What we are looking for:
You will have worked in kitchens or hospitality before. You know the industry and what is expected of you. We are a bit different and look for a mix of skills and experience as well as personality and passion.

What you will need:

- A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry;
- A willingness to be mentored and supervised;
- Excellent organisation and communication skills;
- The ability to work cooperatively and productively in a high-pressure environment;
- A high level of hygiene standards and personal presentation; and
- A genuine love for Asian cuisine.

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
