**Your Role**

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of physical and administrative tasks and are comfortable with a repetitive work environment

**Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack colour swatches and other items for dispatch
- Handle around 80 to 100 pieces of mail per day
- Ensuring the stock of colour collateral is maintained, accurate and stocked to appropriate levels
- Use a computer to check orders, print labels, and update express post details
- Occasionally assist walk-in customers with their orders and direct technical queries to the customer care team
- Maintain order in the mail area and ensure accuracy in picking the correct colours and items for dispatch

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods and handle lifting tasks
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage the dispatch process

This role is repetitive and involves manual tasks, making it suitable for someone who prefers physical activity over desk work. The working hours are flexible between 20 to 25 hours per week, typically starting from around 9:30am Monday to Friday.
