This casual position supports residents to reintegrate into the community.
Responsibilities
Meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities described in the Casual Residential Centre Assistant role description.
Support individual case plans and maintain residents' records.
Mentor, support and assist residents to develop the living skills required for independent living in the community.
Transport residents to and from external venues.
Resolve critical situations relating to the health and wellbeing of residents.
Key values

Enjoy working with people and thrive on supporting others.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Experience in social welfare is desirable.
Experience working with women is highly desirable.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Demonstrated computer skills.
Qualifications Required
Current Driver's Licence and preparedness to drive a motor vehicle as part of the role.
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of commencing employment.
