This role provides the front-line services and has the responsibilities of guiding our patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.Tasks include but are not limited to:Providing high quality reception and secretarial services to the patients, doctors, and staffGreeting patients and visitors in personal and on the phoneScheduling appointments for patientsGeneral office and administrative dutiesOpening and closing the clinic as requiredAbout you:Strong communication and IT skillsPrevious medical receptionist experience (advantageous)Ability to multitaskThe ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience using Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailExperience in customer serviceAbility to work in a fast paced environmentOpportunity for career developmentDedicated team of professionalsProfessional trainingIncrease your existing knowledge of medical terminology as well as various medical servicesHow to applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Job ClassificationPlease complete the form below to apply for this position
