You'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing teamYou'll oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and proceduresYou'll instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer serviceYou'll ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact.You'll review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.And what are we looking for?
