**About the Role:
A data analyst analyses data sets to find ways to solve business problems. A data analyst also communicates this information to management and other stakeholders. A data analyst has the knowledge and skills to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Others may also be assigned.
- Collects and documents business requirements for data and analytics solutions,
- Creates technical specifications (including data mappings, source to target data transformations specifications) for data and analytics related requests and solutions
- Supports business teams in understanding the data and how to leverage it for data driven purposes
- Manipulate large data sets using SQL queries
- Perform data analysis and data visualisation
- Day-to-day analytical work on a range of tasks including responding to data requests, report production, data monitoring and analyses, and building the information capabilities of TMBL with the clear objective to continuously improve and streamline processes through automation

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, information technology, mathematics or statistics.
- 3+ years' experience working with data in the area of reporting and analysis, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Good understanding of databases such as SQL Server and strong in SQL coding
- Demonstrated experience in using data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Banking industry specific knowledge and experience
