**The Role**
As a Supply Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage and update all shipping information for the brand
- Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers to work to deadlines
- Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate deliveries
- Chase up invoices and packing lists from suppliers
- Checking and inputting invoices
- Process shipping information
- **Location**: Waterloo - a short walk from Green Square station
- **Contract**:Temporary with a view to permanent

**You**
In order to be successful in the role, you must have the following:

- **Previous administration skills and an ability to pick up systems quickly**:

- Some sort of logistics/freight forwarding experience is highly regarded
- Intermediate MS skills including excel
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Very high organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
