If you're the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have several opportunities for Grounds Utilities to join our FIFO Service Attendant team.

**What do Grounds Utilities do?**
- Collection and Disposal of Rubbish onsite
- Collecting and sorting linen
- General gardening, lawn mowing, whipper snipping, weed spraying etc.
- Cleaning of laundry facilities, gyms, ablution blocks
- Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas e.g. BBQs, pressure washing, blower vac use
- Weekly truck unload and stock rotation
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
- Basic Handyman skills

**Qualifications**

To be successful, you'll need:

- WA Manual C Class Drivers License
- Forklift Ticket

Desirable, not essential:

- Trade Assistant Experience
- HR Drivers License

**What does it take to work FIFO?**
The FIFO lifestyle can be very rewarding but it isn't for everyone. Consider what to expect and what is required of you when assessing your options:

- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required
- Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
- Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach
- Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
- Unlimited Australian working rights
