Generous employee discounts on adidas productCareer development with an iconic global sports brandResponsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium factory outlet experienceSupports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom ModelRepresent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful wayDrives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experienceDrives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targetsSupports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goalsExperience in the following will be highly regarded:Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwearTo apply, click the Apply button and follow the instructions.
