About the Role
We are seeking multipleProduct Consultants / Specialiststo join a majorLending Management System (LMS) rebuild.
These roles will play a hands-on part in configuring and customising the solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and delivers effectively into production.
You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and technical teams to shape a solution that drives measurable impact for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customise theLoan Origination / Loan Management solution
Translate business and functional requirements into accurate product configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
Provide input on best practices from alending/loan origination domain perspective
Requirements
5–10 years' experiencein AustraliaOR15+ years internationally in solution consulting/product delivery
Strong technical expertise in SQL (for data-heavy configuration and troubleshooting)
Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting enterprise-grade platforms
Preferable:PriorLoan Origination Software (LOS) implementation experience
Sydney-based (onsite CBD office presence required)
