**Chang Le Yuan Pty Ltd is a NDIS registered service provider**, and we are looking for qualified and experienced Support Workers (Casual).

Staff will be trained before serving our participants. Here are some descriptions and requirements:
1. Personal Hygiene(Including showering ,dress-up ,incontinence change in the mornings ); Rehabilitation assistance and care. Help participants to manage their own personal hygiene.

2. Domestic service-Daily household activities (Cooking, cleaning, drying clothes and ironing the clothes. etc).

3. social and community -Picking up services(if you need to use your own car, we will give car allowance).

Working language: English and Chinese are must.

Position type: Casual

Rate: $29-$33/h

Prefer location: Campsie
