Since 2021, our Gold Coast team has been delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants, and now we're looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join us and help people achieve their goals in the environments where it matters most—home, school, and the wider community.Why You'll Love Working With UsAt Ability Action Australia, we are all about empowerment, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.

Here's how we work:Combining standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to each participant's unique needsWorking across diverse environments—home, school, or the community—where real-world skills can be put into actionCollaborating with an incredible multi-disciplinary team, including OTs, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support PractitionersWho You AreYou're a qualified Speech Pathologist with a few years of experience under your belt, and:You're passionate about supporting people with diverse needs and abilitiesYou love working as part of a collaborative and dynamic teamYou're driven to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventionsYou value flexibility, fun, and professional growth in your workplaceWhat We Offer YouWe believe in supporting our team as much as they support our participants.
