- Industry-leading performance bonuses including eligible coordinators may receive up to a $500 bonus (pro-rated at $125 per complete term worked) and up to $4000 in our KPI bonus scheme.
- Permanent part-time contract = job security
- Above the award hourly rate ($32 - $37 p/h PLUS super PLUS bonuses)
- Support from your manager and the leadership team with 1:1 check ins & regional meetings.
- Split shift and laundry allowances added to your weekly pay.
- In addition to your contracted hours you will receive a minimum of two hours paid 'admin time' to give you the space to plan, program and complete administrative tasks for your service.
- Paid online training and learning specialists in your state to support you.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and maintain a fun, safe and compliant program
- Create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities.
- Supervise and support a group of primary aged children.
- Prepare and serve healthy food options.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
- Nurture a positive environment for learning

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships.
- You have completed or are studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent. (Advantageous although not required)
- You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain)
- You have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or are willing to obtain)
- Hold or willing to obtain NSW Child Protection Training certificate
- Your availability is from 6.30am-8:30am and 2:25pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday
