**About the role**:
Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving excellence? CSR are looking for a **Financial Reporting Analyst** to join our team at **North Ryde**, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across our brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity reporting to the GM of Finance, contributing to the financial integrity and performance of multiple sites. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.

**What you will be doing**:

- **Monthly Management Reporting**: Prepare and deliver insightful analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet items, including variance analysis for each brand.
- **Stewardship Reviews**: Develop comprehensive stewardship packs and supporting documentation (e.g., roadmaps) for each brand.
- **Budget & Forecast Consolidation**: Lead the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts, including detailed SG&A analysis by GL and Profit Centre.
- **Corporate Finance Support**: Assist with tax-related matters, audits, and other corporate finance requests.

**About you**:

- **CA or CPA qualified**
- **4+ years' experience**in a similar finance environment
- Strong expertise in both **accounting and controlling**
- Proven ability to **analyse and communicate financial information**
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong focus on **customer service, problem solving, and continuous improvement**
- Proficiency in **SAP**(Financial Accounting and Controlling modules)
- Advanced **Microsoft Excel**skills
