About the role:

Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving excellence? CSR are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at North Ryde, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across our brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity reporting to the GM of Finance, contributing to the financial integrity and performance of multiple sites. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.

What you will be doing:

  • Monthly Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver insightful analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet items, including variance analysis for each brand.
  • Stewardship Reviews: Develop comprehensive stewardship packs and supporting documentation (e.g., roadmaps) for each brand.
  • Budget & Forecast Consolidation: Lead the consolidation process for budgets and forecasts, including detailed SG&A analysis by GL and Profit Centre.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist with tax-related matters, audits, and other corporate finance requests.

About you:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 4+ years' experiencein a similar finance environment
  • Strong expertise in both accounting and controlling
  • Proven ability to analyse and communicate financial information
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong focus on customer service, problem solving, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in SAP(Financial Accounting and Controlling modules)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excelskills
