What duties can you expect to do?
Manage the daily operations of a prestigious horticultural site to high standards
Lead and support a team to deliver top-quality maintenance outcomes
Operate and supervise tools such as zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and blowers
Carry out pruning, planting, fertilising, mulching, pest control, and general upkeep
Plan and deliver seasonal planting displays and soft scaping enhancements
Maintain and repair irrigation systems for efficient water management
Promote safety by leading pre-starts and ensuring WHS compliance
Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to site needs
Identify and suggest ideas for improving horticultural presentation
Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and train team members
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to support site delivery
Complete reports, maintenance logs, and admin tasks accurately
Encourage sustainability practices and continuous improvement
What will you need?
Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (preferred or equivalent)
Driver's licence
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
