The Bassendean Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic full-time cellar person to join the team

This role will take control of ordering / receiving stock, stock movements throughout the venue, as well as managing general maintenance of the venue, draught beer line cleans and much more. It is a highly visible role, and requires someone who is physically fit, has a strong knowledge of draught beer systems, post mix systems and keg handling.

**Duties include**:

- Requisitions and restocking of all bars
- Stock control and stocktaking
- Venue presentation and bar backing
- Receiving and dispatching of deliveries
- General Cellar maintenance - beer line cleaning, changing kegs, keg coupler and beer tap maintenance
- Minor venue maintenance
- Assist in Venue opening and service (only as required)

**What we need**:

- Experience in working with suppliers, ordering and stock control
- Strong knowledge of draught beer systems, post mix, keg handling
- Experience with point of sale reporting
- Strong stock control management experience
- RSA

**Salary**: $22.77 - $51.23 per hour
