**flexi**commercial is our Commercial business within **humm**group. Our Equipment Finance Commercial Collections team controls the end-to-end recoveries process. We take our job seriously, but also like to share our experiences and celebrate when a job is "well done". In this role you will provide general support to the Commercial Collections business with a core focus on efficiently servicing the needs of finance brokers to facilitate their customers' equipment finance needs.

You will be responsible for stepping in and assisting across the Commercial Collections team wherever necessary to maintain service levels to brokers and their customers. As part of your role, you will interact with people across the business, both internally and externally, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes forming and maintaining strong relationships.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **flexi**commercial but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Working with the Commercial Collections team on all delegated tasks.
- Supporting the Commercial Credit team to process and make decisions on repossessions.
- Commercial Collections team to process and settle transactions and process invoices.

- Experience in a Commercial Collections environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the commercial asset financing industry
- Understanding of the litigation process
- Computer literacy including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written, communication and presentation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively autonomously or in a team environment
- Proven dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm and tenacity
