Our client is a global leader in cement, aggregates and ready mixed concrete and services. Due to an increase in demand, they are currently seeking an experienced maintenance fitter to join their team in Rooty Hill.

About the role:

- Maintenance of the machines
- Breakdowns
- Repairs
- Welding
- General maintenance duties
- Day shift Monday to Saturday
- From $56 per hr + over time available weekly

About you:

- 2 years' experience as a maintenance fitter and relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical trade)
- Experience within a similar industry
- Have full time work rights.
- Ability to pass full medical including D&A
- Be reliable and good work ethic.

Applicants will be required to attend an interview with Protech at our office in Seven Hills and undergo a physical assessment and drug testing as part of the interview process.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $45.00 - $56.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rooty Hill, NSW 2766: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
