We support government clients by providing exceptional talent and by supporting the GGS0060 Temporary and Contracted Workers Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP).
ResponsibilitiesProvide project and contract administration support to Project Managers and Superintendents on Queensland Government programs and construction projects.Provide administrative and data-entry support to Service Maintenance teams and other government units; allocate resources across a diverse portfolio of projects.Lead or provide administrative support in fast-paced government offices; supervise staff, manage reporting, and support executives.Drive strategic procurement; manage tenders, supplier contracts and compliance for government construction projects.Coordinate delivery teams across construction and maintenance projects for Queensland Government departments (SEQ and FNQ).
Support client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects; lead major construction and upgrade projects from concept to completion.Provide high level customer service and maintenance coordination for Queensland Government-owned properties.Provide administrative support to the Executive Operations Team and assist with regional coordination for large Queensland Government Departments.Support change management strategies, project communications, and iteration support as required.Offer location-flexible opportunities within Queensland (e.g., Brisbane CBD, Cannon Hill, Chermside) with typical initial contracts of 3–6 months and likely extensions.QualificationsExperience in administration and executive support with strong communication skills.Desirable: executive administration experience, procurement experience, and strategic sourcing.Experience with tenders, supplier contracts and compliance in government construction projects is advantageous.Locations and Contract DetailsHeadquartered in Brisbane with roles across Queensland.

Typical contracts: initial terms of 3–6 months with a high likelihood of rolling extensions; some roles may extend to a specific date (e.g., March 2026).
